Working within mental health care requires care, clear agreements and trust in each other’s role. Support is aligned with your practice and existing working methods — not standard solutions, but a way of working that fits how things are already done. Support can be provided on an hourly basis, temporarily or for a longer period, depending on what your practice requires.

VAT:
I am currently exempt from VAT under the Small Businesses Scheme (KOR).
If the turnover threshold is exceeded, 21% VAT will be charged.
🚀 Easy Start – Kickstart package
Introductory support
For mental health practices that would like to first experience how working with Meekiteasy works, a short period of support is available. This option is intended to become familiar with the way of working and to provide practical support for a clearly defined part of the back office.
During this period, attention is given to what is currently needed within the practice and where support is helpful. This may include scheduling, client communication or care administration. After the period ends, there is room to evaluate and, if desired, to make agreements about further support.
Duration: 2 hours
Fee: €99,- excl. VAT

🗓️ Easy Start – Structure starter
Structural support
For mental health practices that require recurring back office support, monthly support is available. This option is intended for tasks that require continuous attention, such as scheduling, client administration and care administration.
Support is aligned with the working methods of the practice, and the available hours are used where they are needed at that moment. Tasks and priorities are agreed upon together and may shift over time.
Commitment: 5 hours per month
Fee: €275,- excl. VAT
For: mental health practices in need of ongoing back office support
📋 Keep it easy – Order in order
Extended support
For mental health practices where the back office plays a larger role and more coordination is required, an extended monthly level of support is available. This option is suitable when tasks accumulate and multiple processes run in parallel.
Support focuses on the day-to-day operation of the practice, such as scheduling, client administration, care administration and communication. The level of support is aligned with the practice and can adapt to what is needed at any given time.
Commitment: 10 hours per month
Fee: €550,- excl. VAT
For: mental health practices with a growing or more complex back office
🧠 Take it easy – Everything under control
Full support
For mental health practices that require broad and continuous back office support, a higher monthly level of support is available. This option is intended for practices where multiple practitioners, processes and communication lines come together.
Support covers the full back office, including scheduling, client and care administration, and communication with clients and partner organisations. All work is carried out in alignment with the practice and within the applicable frameworks of mental health care.
Commitment: 20 hours per month
Fee: €1,040,- excl. VAT
For: mental health practices requiring structural and extensive back office support
🧩 Easy does it –Customized package
Tailored support
This form of support is suitable for mental health practices that require structural support, while the level of commitment may vary over time. Together, we align on which tasks are taken on and how the support is organised, in line with the practice and existing working methods.
The collaboration starts with an intake in which we discuss the set-up of the practice and the support needs. Based on this, tasks, level of support and boundaries are agreed upon. Evaluation and adjustments take place where necessary.
⚡Individual hours
Hourly support
Hourly support is intended for mental health practices that require occasional assistance. This option is suitable for temporary support, cover during absence, or handling peak moments within the back office.
Support is flexible and focused on clearly defined tasks within scheduling, client communication or care administration. Availability depends on agenda capacity and existing collaborations.
Fee: €58 per hour, excl. VAT
